Use the official platform, seller, payment provider or carrier channel connected to your transaction. Only those services can check logins, coupons, payment status, refunds, warehouse handling, parcel movement or tracking records. Do not send order numbers, payment details, passwords or identity documents to an unrelated spreadsheet website.
