A HooBuy spreadsheet is useful when it helps you move from a broad list of links to a smaller shortlist. Start with the category, check photos, sizing, price context, and shipping weight, then continue only with rows that still make sense.

1

Choose a lane

Mixed lists hide meaningful differences. A jacket and a watch need completely different checks, so narrow the product type before judging the rows.

2

Compare neighbors

Open similar finds side by side. Photo coverage, measurements, source relevance and weight are easier to evaluate with a real point of comparison.

3

Cut without regret

Remove rows with vague labels, unhelpful photos or missing fit information. A short working list beats a crowded folder of uncertain links.

What makes a row worth keeping?

  • The category label matches the actual item.
  • Photos answer questions, not merely show that an item exists.
  • Sizing, fit notes or measurements are visible when needed.
  • Price is compared beside similar options, never in isolation.
  • Likely shipping weight is part of the decision.
  • Yupoo, Taobao, Weidian or 1688 source clues are relevant.
  • The row has a clear reason beyond popularity or hype.
  • You would still save it after comparing two alternatives.
Choose the item type first.

A familiar brand or model does not remove the need to check fit, photos and weight. Put the item in the right category, compare it with similar products, then read the live details.

Find what is missing

Search when you know what needs checking

Begin with the product type. Add Yupoo, Taobao, Weidian or 1688 when the source matters, or ask for QC photos, measurements or weight when the listing leaves a question unanswered.

Search results open on Findsindex. HooBuySheet does not control or verify those listings.

Know the category? Continue there.

If you already know the category, open the matching Findsindex page. If you are still unsure, read the checklist first and keep the shortlist small.
